Colorado Income Tax Check-off Program Continued Through 2020

Senate Bill 172 extended the Colorado Domestic Abuse Fund as a voluntary contribution designation line on State individual income tax returns.

Colorado citizens can contribute to the Domestic Abuse Fund by using the check-off program when they file their taxes. Contributions to the fund are administered by the State Domestic Violence Program and support domestic violence programs around the state. The extension runs through January 2020.
